Este sistema esta desarrollado dentro de la plataforma de Dynamics BC y al estar totalmente nativo, permite aprovechar toda la funcionalidad estandar para asociar Dimensiones, CxC de empleados que son clientes cuando se les vende. Contabilizar la nomina de múltiples formas, con o sin dimensiones, resumida o detallada y cualesquiera de las combinaciones antes mencionadas. Tambien amplia la funcionalidad de RH agregando base de datos de Elegibles, manejo de Acciones de personal. Control y planificación de vacaciones tanto para los dias acumulados como los dias disfrutados.
Permite configurar cualquier tipo de nomina y la empresa decide cuales impuestos y retenciones se calculan para cada una de ellas. Manejo de control de asistencia, planificacion de turnos incluyendo los rotativos, etc.
De forma simple se visualizan los empleados que tienen vacaciones por vencer, préstamos pendientes, los que cumplen aniversario en la empresa, los que cumplen año en el día y mes actual, etc.
Se integra un dashboard de Power BI como parte de la herramienda de forma que se puede visualizar de forma nativa en BC el contenido de los análisis que se puedan montar en la aplicación.
